Don is a certified forensic accountant with extensive experience in corporate financial management for telecom construction, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, information technology industries, and resort development and operations. Additional recent experience includes investigative and due diligence examinations for prominent banks and asset-based lenders. Field exams and extensive reporting packages delivered on over 120 companies in the U.S. and Canada over the last six years. 

Specific areas of expertise include: finance, asset-based borrowing and collateral management, treasury and cash management, financial reporting, accounting systems and controls, strategic planning, fraud examinations, and litigation support.
